Just a few steps:

1) Sign up by going to: https://WardBulletin.net

2) After you sign up, you will be taken to a form where you can update your profile. There are two types of sign up scenarios:

  • You are the first user in your organization. In this scenario you can specify your organization’s name in the Create Organization field - something like “Canyon View 4th Ward”. This name must be unique so it is good to be descriptive.

  • You are joining an organization. In this scenario just select that organization from the Organization list. Then you will need to wait until the creator of your organization approves your access. They can do that via the Settings->Users menu.

3) Click on Meetings menu, then click on “New Meeting”
