New Ability for 20017:

  • If you use your mobile device, the new interface allows you to update the script without being connected to the internet. This is perfect for last second changes. You no longer have to fight for wifi access or be in the building's wifi "sweet spot" to update your script.
  • It now supports custome scripting. Create your own pre/post scripts for each element in the meeting. You can now use any language.
  • You no longer need to have an account to use the scripting tool. An account is needed to print and save your meetings.
  • If you prefer the "older" interface, that is still available to you.

  • Meeting Schedules for 2015:

  • It now supports meeting schedules of any number of meetings. The default is Sacrament and Priesthood Meeting. Any type of meeting can be entered.
  • It also now supports viewing the Program Bulletin online by anyone in your organization. The application will make an attempt at hiding phone numbers and email addresses but you are advised to make sure all personal contact information is not visible.
  • Conducting script supports many types of business items. It now shows an indicator of when to stand up and when to sit down.
  • Change your Organization's settings under the Settings menu to: Include an image on bulletin, and/or Include online Bulletin url (or slug link) on your printed bulletin.

  • From the Lists menu you have access to lists of (Access is restricted to [bishopric, admin]):

  • Callings: track your callings from: Approved, Call Extended, Sustained, Set Apart, through to Recorded in MLS. When you check the Call Extended check box, it will automatically appear in next available meeting.

  • When printing the conducting script, use landscape printing for better margins
